With one of us being from England and the other from Australia, we had always known that we would want to get married in between the two countries. We decided upon Thailand, scoured the internet for wedding planners and discovered Anna and Natalie and Take Us To Thailand. We e-mailed them with our enquiry and within a few days they phoned where they answered all of our concerns and questions.
Anna and Natalie made the whole process incredibly easy. After speaking to us on the phone and hearing about ourselves and what we were looking for in regards to the wedding they presented us with a selection of options to suit our needs. We were always kept well informed as to how the plans were going and knew well in advance of any major decisions we needed to make. Many people have mentioned that organizing a wedding is incredibly stressful but we felt none of this working with Take Us To Thailand. The hardest parts were just making decisions from the amazing choices we had.
It became even more apparent once arriving in Koh Samui just how knowledgeable Anna and Natalie are about the resorts, restaurants and facilities there are in Thailand. All of their suggestions from where to stay leading up to the wedding, restaurants to go to and then the location of the wedding and reception were fantastic.
Natalie and Anna had already arranged for us to meet the celebrant a few days prior and had been at the meeting with the resort manager when all the details were finalised. They had some wonderful suggestions and asked questions that we had not even considered.
Our wedding day was perfect. Anna and Natalie were there the whole time ensuring that everything ran smoothly; that the right music was playing at the right time, that details such as table arrangements were as requested and keeping us abreast of how things were going in general. It was a weight off our minds knowing that there was someone there behind the scenes coordinating everything and allowed us to have a much more enjoyable wedding.
It was best summed up by Rachel’s sister who commented midway through dinner “Well I can’t ever get married now because it’ll never be as good as this!”
We could not have asked for a better location or attention to detail. We owe all of this to Anna and Natalie. Thank you for making our dreams come true.
